Rob Ellis
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Ellis has more than 15 years of experience leading sales, business development and marketing at SaaS startup companies. At ZenGRC, Rob is responsible for overall revenue growth. One of the company’s first employees, Rob was instrumental in scaling the business from zero – signing up ZenGRC’s first 40 clients and building the sales and marketing organizations. A startup veteran, Rob has founded companies and worked in venture-backed startups in a variety of roles, including Director of Product at Veetle Inc.; Founder and VP, Product at NotchUp; and Director, Business Operations and Strategic Planning at Peerflix. Rob graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Genetics.
Greg Crabtree
Chief Technology Officer
Greg Crabtree is an engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience building products, solutions, and applications for technology businesses. Prior to joining ZenGRC, Greg served as the Vice President of Engineering at Lifesize, where he helped transform their video conferencing service from a legacy, on-prem monolith to a highly scalable, microservices-focused SaaS offering. He founded mobile gaming application company D-Cypher software and has also held senior engineering roles at Bloomfire and Intrinsity. Greg graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics.
Tim Maloney
Chief Revenue Officer
Tim brings over 25 years of senior sales and channel leadership to ZenGRC. Most recently, Tim was the Director of National Partner Program at Zoom Inc. Before that he was the Senior Vice President of Americas Sales and Worldwide Channels for Lifesize, and the SVP of Sales and Channels at Act On Software. At Autodesk, Tim was responsible for the America’s Manufacturing Reseller Channel, as well as the Worldwide Simulation Sales Organization.
Tim holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Military College of Vermont, Norwich University. A native of New Hampshire, Tim is married and has one amazing 13-year-old son. In his free time, Tim is the Vice President of the Chief Michael Maloney Memorial Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to helping the families of first responders (Fire Fighters, Police, EMTs and Dispatchers) in the Seacoast of NH area.
Tallie Belitz
Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations
Tallie Belitz is a seasoned RevOps professional with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and operational excellence in the tech industry. At ZenGRC, Tallie leads the Revenue Operations team, orchestrating the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success across the entire customer lifecycle. Tallie’s expertise spans from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring ZenGRC remains at the forefront of the GRC software industry.
Tallie has a proven track record of transforming complex challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth. She is passionate about fostering diversity, inclusion, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Tallie is a certified Revenue Architect with Winning by Design and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
Paul Townsend
Vice President of Product and Technology
Paul Townsend is a technology leader with more than 18 years of experience building software products and solutions across various industries. As Vice President of Product and Technology at ZenGRC, Paul drives innovation in governance, risk management, and compliance solutions.
Prior to his current role, he served as Principal Software Architect at ZenGRC and held senior engineering positions at Realtor.com and Lifesize, where he was a Distinguished Engineer. Paul’s experience spans web development, mobile applications, and enterprise software, with previous roles at companies including Filament Labs, Telerik, and Davis Vision. He began his career as a Systems Integrations Analyst at Lockheed Martin. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Amy Peterson
Vice President of Finance Operations
Amy Peterson is a highly accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth. As VP of Finance Operations at ZenGRC, Amy optimizes financial processes and supports the company’s mission to transform corporate compliance into a valuable strategic asset. Her tenure at ZenGRC spans over a decade, during which she has played a pivotal role in developing SaaS solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
Previously, Amy managed operations for Dishcrawl, overseeing 1,000+ annual events for high-profile clients, and contributed to the global expansion of Founder Institute. A University of San Francisco graduate with a Finance degree, Amy combines financial acumen with a strategic mindset to drive efficiency and innovation. Her expertise in management, strategy, and financial analysis is invaluable as ZenGRC continues to revolutionize the GRC software industry.
